User Agreement
All Customers of Domain Hosting services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal agreement between Domain Hosting and the User that contains the privileges, obligations and compulsions of Domain Hosting and the User.
Suitable Use Policy
Domain hosting Usage Policy is planned to defend company, its Users and others from illegitimate, spiteful, detrimental and unsuitable conduct by Users of company’s services. All users of this company are subject to the Usage Policy.
Domain Registration Agreement
All the customers of the company want to register, transfer or renew a domain name must agree to the Domain Registration Agreement.
Deceitful activity
Use of Domain Hosting service to make fake offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam is strictly prohibited.
Anti-Spam Policy
In our constant assurance to offer high quality service to our customers, we have introduced a new, more watchful anti-spam policy.
Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy covers handling of information that the company collects from users of its products and services and from visitors to the Domain hosting site.
Domain Name Dispute Policy
The Domain Name Dispute Policy shelters company’s involvement in disputes relating precisely to domain name registrations.
Data Request Policy
The Data Request Policy covers Domain hosting management of formal legal requests for the release of account information.
Copyright Claims Policy
Our Copyright Claims Policy offers information for parties wishing to inform us of requested intellectual property infringements present on sites hosted on our servers.
Ownership Clash or change Policy
The Ownership Changes and Dispute policy covers the customers accountability for any changes to the ownership of a hosting account.
Professional Services Agreements
Our company is providing Professional Services in addition to the basic hosting service. Customers acquiring any Professional Services must read and agree to the terms and conditions regarding these services.
Cancellation Policy
If customer cancels this agreement prior to the end of the term detailed in order form, the company is not responsible to refund fees paid in advance of such cancellation. Customer will be required to pay 100 % of standard yearly charges of the term. For security, all cancellation request must be made by the key contact person on the account who must provide appropriate customer identification information. Any such request shall be effective upon receipt. Any cancellation shall not relieve the customer of any obligations to pay fees accumulated prior to such cancellation.
Disclaimer
Domain Hosting shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. The company makes no warranties of any kind, articulated or oblique for the Services. Domain Hosting disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, including loss of data resulting from delays, delivery failures, wrong deliveries, and any and all service interruptions caused by company or our employees.
Policy Revision
Domain Hosting reserves the right to review, modify, or change, our Terms of Service and other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with our Terms of Service. Any violation of above-mentioned policy by any resources may result in terminating your services without any prior notice in addition to other obligations that may arise from the violation.
